Plans and limits
Watchfox plans scale mainly by monitor volume, check cadence, reporting, branding, API access, status page capability, and automatic verification coverage. Normal scheduled Uptime and Keyword checks use 1 primary probe group by default. Agency and Pro smart outage verification may use additional probe coverage automatically when a failure is detected. Limits are enforced server-side, not only in the UI.
Free fair-use pauses
The Free plan is intended for evaluation and light usage. Free monitoring does not expire for active light use, but inactive Free workspaces, unrenewed annual Free monitoring, and long-broken Free Uptime/Keyword targets may be paused automatically.
Paused Free monitors are not deleted. Configuration and normally retained history remain available, and eligible Free monitoring can be resumed from the Watchfox app after returning, renewing Free monitoring, or fixing a broken target.
Paid plans are not affected by Free fair-use pauses. Upgrading from Free removes Free fair-use restrictions where the paid plan allows the monitors to run.
Upgrade
Upgrade when you need more monitors, faster checks, more status pages, report branding, API access, scheduled reports, custom domains, or other higher-plan capabilities.
Downgrade
Downgrading can reduce available limits or feature access. Before downgrading, check whether your current usage fits the target plan.
Cancel
You can cancel according to the active billing policy. For cancellation questions, contact [email protected].
Failed payment
If payment fails, access or entitlements may be affected depending on billing state and grace behavior. Check billing state first, then contact billing support if the problem persists.
Refund contact
For refund questions, contact [email protected] and include your workspace, billing email, invoice reference if available, and a short explanation.
Paddle as Merchant of Record
Paddle is used as Merchant of Record for payment processing, invoices, and tax handling.
